xv99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xv99 ("xv99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xv99 website, mobile interface, games, betting products, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

xv99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend access to any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to xv99's reasonable satisfaction. xv99 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will not release any funds from an account until identity and age have been verified in accordance with the KYC process described in Section 4 of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered xv99 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, contact numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xv99 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

When registering your xv99 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xv99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. xv99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. xv99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme as a condition of processing withdrawals and as an ongoing compliance measure. All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be approved. xv99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifetime, including at the time of first deposit, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers a review under xv99's internal risk procedures.

KYC documentation typically required includes, but may not be limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;

xv99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT and your xv99 wallet balance is maintained exclusively in BDT. xv99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your xv99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. xv99 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts within the following target timeframes: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are targeted for processing within 45 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. • Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer environments, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at xv99 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the xv99 platform's software, security systems, or data.

xv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where xv99 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct;
• Retaining the account would expose xv99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under xv99's Responsible Gaming programme;
• The account is inactive — defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, xv99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and not subject to forfeiture, they will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method following completion of the investigation, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

Any unauthorised use of xv99 Content will result in termination of your licence and may give rise to legal claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where xv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xv99's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their xv99 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xv99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. xv99 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

xv99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to xv99's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include collection of registration data, transaction data, device and usage data, and communications data for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, verifying identity, detecting fraud, and communicating with players.
